Hi,

I have never used python-tal, but simpleTAL[1] instead. It is written
from the ground up and has almost all features of the Zope TAL.
[1] http://www.owlfish.com/software/simpleTAL/

So I suggest
a) package python-simpletal
b) drop python-tal, people can either use the complete Zope packge
   or simpleTAL.

Any opinions?

Has anyone stepped forward to package simpletal (didn't find any ITP),
otherwise I have a working package and could post an ITP and upload it in a
couple of days.
