* Moved to debhelper.
* Using packages make install again, but installing docs with debhelper.
* Jimmied the Makefiles.in to make everything work right, but its still
better than manually installing in the rules file.
* Fixed multiline literal and #endif compiler warnings in various headers.
* Fixed a couple of inclusion compiler warnings.
