In the preamble of the Constitution, the following words are lowercase,
when they should not be: people, order, union, justice, tranquility,
welfare, blessings, liberty, posterity. These words should be
capitalized as they were in the original document (which may be found
here:
<http://www.archives.gov/exhibit_hall/charters_of_freedom/constitution/constitution_transcription.html>).
I have not checked the rest of the document. The Declaration of
Independence seems to be correct.
