The most recent reportbug package in sid depends on python2.2 and
python2.2-optik, neither of which seems to be of standard priority.

In order to comply with policy when it says packages must not depend
on other packages with lower priority values, and considering that
packages of standard and higher priority in current testing satisfy the
mentioned rule, I tag this bug as serious, so that this inconsistency
does not propagate to testing until it's fixed.

If you think this should be reassigned to ftp.debian.org, please keep
this bug alive and use the new "clone" command instead, to create a
duplicate of it.

Thanks.

Fair enough; it's really an issue that needs to be taken up with
debian-python, as I assume we'll be moving to python2.2 as the
"standard" python in woody+1.

In the meantime I guess reportbug is the best place to let this bug
hang out until that decision is made.

Now that python2.2 is the standard in sid it should have Priority:
Standard.

If you have any questions, see:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-python/2002/debian-python-200210/msg00048.html

This issue is open against ftp.debian.org as #162467, so there is no
need for this report to be open against reportbug (per aj).
