Hi,

This old bug is actually a variant of bug #313365: locale-related
character management. Not merging them though, since the wanted result
is a bit different.

The attached patchset fixes the following on non latin texts:

- (NEXT|PREV)_WORD, MARK_WORD and DICT_WORD_AT as well as the
  environment variable W3M_CURRENT_WORD for local CGIs. It makes them
  all behave as if "WORD = ALNUM+", and not three different definitions
  for the term WORD.

  Bug#313365: w3m: insufficient isalpha property

The file 26-better-non-ascii-handling-part-libwc.patch contains the
changes in libwc with the needed tables generated from
UnicodeData-4.1.0.
