aspell fails to build from source on powerpc (at least). Here's an
excerpt from the build log.

well, 0.33.7.1-4 built on powerpc correctly even if i didn't
make anything for it. OTOH if 0.33.7.1-2 built correctly, so
this problem was somewhere else.

i'm closing this bug.
