when upgrading php4 brokes with message "cannot find libexpat.so.0"
which is now libexpat.so.1

libexpat1 is version 1.95.2-2.1

bad workaround - make symlink in /usr/lib

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the culprit package in question.  A recent NMU
(unintentionally) uncovered a policy violation wrt library numbering.

Please recompile php4 against libexpat1 version 1.95.2-2.1.  I apologize
for the inconvenience.
