When composing an email with the special swedish characters åäö (a and o with dots) Sylpheed complains
with "Can't convert the codeset of the message". This happened just recently after upgrading to the newest
version in testing.

I get the same problem with an e-accent. Same versions of everything as
mentioned in original bug report. (Ironically enough, I found this out when
reporting a similar bug with such characters in a different package; ah, the
perils of unstable... :) )
