I'd like to start an experiment by creating a debian-news-german
mailing list.  I'm not sure if this list will exist long or if it will
be a three-month experiment.  The questions are:

 . Would german speaking Debian user like to have a german news list?

 . Are we able to provide german news continuesly?

The list would be moderated, of course, and I would try to provide
translated news to the list in time.  We have managed to translate
news into german on www.debian.org in time, so it may be doable.
However, this increases the workload of certain people, and it does
only make sense if there are enough people subscribed to this list.
So, it's an experiment, support it or let it die.

Name: debian-news-german

Rationale: There are a lot of german user, there's a large debian-user
    mailing list already.  Frequently I meet people who don't speak
    english fluently and who would certainly appreciate a german news
    list.
