Well, gnome-control-center uses GTK4 and gnome-terminal currently uses
GTK3 so it's expected that there are differences.

Please provide more detailed information about your graphics card and
the graphical artifacts. Screenshots are helpful.
What version of libgtk-4-1 do you have installed?

There was no response to this request for more information, and it isn't
clear whether this was a problem with GNOME Shell, GTK, Mesa, the kernel
or some other component. Closing as not actionable.
