swayosd is an on-screen-display that can display volume and brightness
on wlroots compositors, like in GNOME shell. At the moment I do not have
time to pursue packaging it, thus filing as RFP. It's missing about ~5
new rust libraries so not too bad.

Hi,

I'm happy to package swayosd!
I've got a PR[1] at debcargo-conf that packages all the dependencies.
One of the deps is gtk-layer-shell and it's -sys counterpart, which I would love
to have reviewed by a second pair of eyes.
