Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
refnx could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the PDF documentation includes the date via
\date{\today}}. A patch is attached that uses FORCE_SOURCE_DATE=1 to
make this use the value of SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH instead of the current
build date.
