Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
gawk could not be built reproducibly.

This is because the gawkbug script contained the contents of the CFLAGS
environment variable, and this can contain the full build path via/by
embedding -ffile-prefix-map.

Patch attached.
