Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
python-graphviz could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it shipped .PDF files that were generated during the
tests which were then installed under
/usr/lib/python3.X/dist-packages/doctest-output (!).

A patch is attached that removes this entire directory, similar to how
the package removes htmlconv, etc.
