Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
python-django-health-check could not be built reproducibly.

This is at root because you ship a .coverage file, but also because
the rm(1) call doesn't actually delete it:

    rm -f debian/*/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/.coverage

A patch is attached that adjusts this to:

    rm -f debian/*/usr/lib/python3*/dist-packages/.coverage
