The build path is embedded in /usr/sbin/powerdebug:

  /build/1st/powerdebug-0.7.0-2013.08/powerdebug.c:35

The attached patch to debian/rules fixes this by passing the default
CFLAGS from dpkg-buildflags to make.

According to my local tests, with this patch applied powerdebug should
build reproducibly on tests.reproducible-builds.org!
