Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
gappa could not be built reproducibly.

This is because it ships the Sphinx doctree data which contains
nondeterministic data, some of which is based on the absolute build
path. A patch is attached that uses "--with sphinxdoc" which means
these get cleaned up (as well as other "good" things).
