Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
python-fluids could not be built reproducibly.

Version: 1.0.22-1
This patch was merged with version 1.0.17, and on quickly checking, this is
present in also the version that I uploaded today.
Hence, I am closing this bug.
