Debian is unusable with Radeon any form of gpu acceleration
The problem is between Radeon glamor DRI3, composers vsynch/ xrender glx
no browser works instant crash any tab firefox , epiphany invisible websites
but preview brackets show a foto
dri3 glamor does not launch libreoffice
ANY DRI or DRIVER: menu software quits after clicking one of the bottom choices
extensions etc
all runs only because itis lightdm xfce
in wayland and gdm3 it would freeze
before login

a simple mismatch of desktop renderer with obsolete drivers ?
all maybe simpler to fix if itis a set of
mismatching actuality

[It's definitely not a bug in bugs.debian.org] You should also provide the Xorg.0.log and any kernel logs which show the behavior that you are seeing (whatever is actually happening).
