Way to reproduce the bug:
- Go to http://www.archlinux.it/wiki/index.php?title=Official_Arch_Linux_Install_Guide_%28Italiano%29
- Save the web page
- Click on the index.php file

I get this warning (in Italian):
"Impossibile aprire «index.php»
Il nome del file «index.php» indica che si tratta di un file di tipo 
«Script PHP», ma il suo contenuto indica che è del tipo 
«Documento HTML». L'apertura di questo file potrebbe 
rappresentare un rischio per la sicurezza del sistema in uso.

È consigliabile non aprire il file se non lo si è personalmente 
creato o non è stato ricevuto da una sorgente fidata. Per 
poter aprire il file normalmente, rinominarlo con la corretta 
estensione per il tipo «Documento HTML». Alternativamente 
usare il menù «Apri con» per scegliere una specifica applicazione per il file."

It says that the file has a Script PHP extension but his contenent is Document HTML, 
so it is not safe to open.
Renaming the file in index.php.html (as firefox and other browser save it) 
you can open the file regurally.

Why don't let .php.html be the default extension for this type of files?

I am using Debian GNU/Linux unstable (sid), Kernel 2.6.22-3-686, GNOME
2.20.3
